NGA25 AS

This agreement governs the use of services provided by NGA25 AS ("we", "us", "provider") and applies to any individual or entity ("you", "user") utilizing our services.

1. Scope of Service

NGA25 provides access to automated trading signals via API integration with your personal exchange or trading account. You provide us with API access, and you retain full control over your funds at all times.

We do not:

• Provide investment advice or portfolio management
• Grant direct access to the algorithm
• Execute trades on your behalf

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for securing your API keys and exchange access.
• You may not share the service with third parties without permission.
• You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for all losses, gains, and decisions resulting from the use of our signals.

3. Availability and Maintenance

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, technical failures, or third-party issues (e.g. exchange, internet, API).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to algorithms, methods, content, and technical solutions belong to NGA25 AS. You are not granted the right to copy, reproduce, analyze, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
